We only sell products through our online store. Selling online allows us to offer the best prices possible, without compromising on excellent customer service and fast delivery times. We do not accept payments via Medicade, Medicare etc.

We are doing everything to ensure your order will not be effected by Covid-19. However, sometimes parcels may be slightly delayed on several locations inside the U.S. In the unlikely event that your order is delayed, please contact us immediately and we will make sure to keep a close eye and update you regularly about it.

Yes. It is crucial for you to keep your order number, as it is our way of referring your order and providing you customer service.

After you complete your purchase, an order confirmation will automatically be sent out to your email. This email will contain all the necessary tracking information. You can track your package in the sender’s website using the provided tracking number.

No. You can also purchase using any valid credit card, without a PayPal account.

Yes, you can submit a request cancel an order or part of it, however it must be requested as soon as possible, and we cannot guarantee that cancellation will be successful. Please contact customer support ASAP.

Please contact us as soon as  possible to inform our customer service center. If the order hasn’t left our distribution centre, we’ll be able to change the shipping info. In case your order did leave our warehouse, you’ll have to contact the courier directly.

Shipping & Returns

We offer free shipping for all orders above 50$ (USD), within the United States Mainland. Shipping costs for orders that don’t exceed this amount is 9$ USD (courier, priority).

Our distribution reach is limited, so we are limited in reach. However, we are constantly working to expand and improve our coverage and ship orders to more locations. Stay tuned!

No. We do not ship orders to P.O. boxes.

Package loss is within the sole responsibility the parcel carrier as soon as the order is turned over to the carrier for shipping. Please contact the carrier in the event of a lost shipment.

Your satisfaction is at our very top priority, so we offer the right to return the goods for up to 30 days within the date of purchase.

As a general rule, we accept all returns in good condition. Refunds will be made for the item and applicable taxes, but not the original shipping cost. Please visit our returns page to get a prepaid shipping label, which will be deducted from your refund on returned items.

We will gladly replace your product with a size that will fit you better- within 30 days of your purchasing day. Simply contact us and we will instruct you further.

If your parcel has been delivered damaged, please inform the courier about it as well as fill out the damage form – don’t forget to take photos! Send the form and the photos to us by e-mail so we can verify it and decide about the best solution.
